Your Mission & Job Responsibilities:

As a Lumikhan Copywriter, you'll join our creative team and play a crucial role in developing compelling content that resonates with our clients' target audiences. You'll work collaboratively with our clients to create impactful copy for various digital platforms, while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

Content Creation and Optimization:

• Develop engaging, SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials
• Craft persuasive copy for advertisements, email campaigns, and landing pages
• Adapt writing style and tone to match each client's brand voice and target audience
• Utilize AI prompts and tools to generate ideas, streamline writing processes, and enhance creativity

AI-Assisted Copywriting:

• Develop effective prompts for AI writing tools to generate initial drafts or content ideas
• Edit and refine AI-generated content to ensure quality, originality, and brand alignment
• Stay updated on the latest AI writing technologies and best practices

Collaboration and Project Management:

• Work closely with SEO specialists, designers, and account managers to align copy with overall marketing strategies
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for client campaigns
• Provide constructive feedback on team members' work and incorporate feedback into your own writing

Research and Strategy:

• Conduct thorough research on clients' industries, target audiences, and competitors
• Develop content strategies that align with clients' business goals and marketing objectives
• Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to improve future copy

Quality :

• Proofread and edit all content to ensure error-free, high-quality deliverables
• Ensure all copy adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and best practices for digital writing
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all client communications

About You:

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in writing styles and formats
• Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and idiomatic expression
• Proficiency in using AI writing tools and developing effective prompts
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they apply to copywriting
• Strong research skills and ability to quickly grasp complex topics
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
