We are looking for a Junior Newsletter Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role is the central hub for our newsletter services, focusing on execution, coordination, and list management.
This position is ideal for a professional who is just starting their career but is already animated by a sense of pride in their work. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our email marketing programs, working with our internal teams and clients to manage content distribution, ensure list hygiene, and coordinate all the moving parts that result in a high-quality newsletter.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams (writers, designers) to gather content, manage feedback, and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Manage and maintain client email distribution lists, ensuring data hygiene, proper segmentation, and list health.
- Build, test, and schedule newsletter campaigns in various email service platforms (ESPs).
- Assist in setting up and monitoring automated email sequences (e.g., welcome or nurture campaigns).
- Support performance tracking by pulling key metrics (open rates, click-throughs, etc.) for client reports.
- Assist in crafting and distributing internal and external corporate communications.
