As our Marketing Operations Manager, you'll help streamline our marketing processes and manage our service delivery. You'll work closely with our marketing team specialists to create meaningful interactions with our clients and innovators in the digital marketing space.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Development and Execution:
- Design and implement programs to deliver our marketing operations.
- Plan project tasks and allocate budgets for marketing initiatives
- Ensure the execution of multi-channel campaigns across our service offerings
Data Management and Analysis:
- Monitor performance KPIs to ensure we meet our targets
- Analyze marketing metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Team & Client Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with remote and local team members.
- Coordinate work with global clientele.
- Handle communication and reporting with management and our clients.
- Collaborate across stakeholders for seamless marketing operations.
Technology and Tools Management:
- Manage service delivery with ClickUp, our project management tool.
- Assist with advertising setup, monitoring, and optimization across digital platforms.
Innovation and Process Improvement
- Proactively identify and implement new tools and processes to enhance marketing efficiency
- Stay updated with the latest trends in marketing operations and digital marketing
About You:
- Fluent in English and based in Singapore
- Experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies
- Familiarity with digital marketing ecosystems and tools
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
