4-day, 32-hour Work Week
We observe a 4-day work week, not by packing a 5-day week into 4 days, but by giving ourselves a full three days off to recover and rejuvenate. The 4-day work week started when officed in Manila. Its notorious "Payday Friday" traffic inspired us to skip work on Fridays.
Work from Anywhere
Lumikha manages performance, not location, not hours. We think about work as the result of our effort. What you do matters more than where you are, so go anywhere with a decent connection and log-in to get started.
