Design, build, and scale the acquisition infrastructure that powers startup sourcing across all innovation programs. This is the technical execution layer of the entire ecosystem growth machine, bridging CRM architecture, automation systems, AI workflows, and data engineering for sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Architecture & Acquisition Infrastructure
- Own CRM structure, governance, and data model (startup pipeline architecture)
- Design scalable pipeline structures aligned with acquisition funnel stages
- Ensure data integrity, standardization, and lifecycle consistency across all programs
- Define CRM taxonomy (startup stages, tags, segments, scoring logic)
Automation & Workflow Engineering
- Design and implement end-to-end acquisition workflows across tools
- Build automated lead enrichment, routing, and qualification systems
- Create multi-step outreach automation sequences (email + multi-channel where relevant)
- Eliminate manual steps across scouting, enrichment, and engagement flows
- Integrate systems (CRM ↔ sourcing tools ↔ outreach tools ↔ analytics)
AI-Assisted Sourcing & Data Enrichment Systems
- Build AI-powered scouting workflows (startup discovery, enrichment, matching)
- Implement scraping and enrichment pipelines for startup identification at scale
- Leverage AI tools to improve lead scoring, segmentation, and personalization
- Experiment with LLM-based workflows for startup classification and matching
- Identify new automation opportunities in sourcing and qualification processes
Lead Scoring, Segmentation & Funnel Design
- Build and maintain lead scoring models based on startup relevance and engagement
- Define segmentation logic by sector, geography, maturity, and program fit
- Optimize funnel transitions (prospect → qualified → engaged → applicant)
- Improve conversion efficiency through data-driven segmentation rules
Campaign Systems, Experimentation & Performance
- Support campaign execution with scalable infrastructure (not manual execution)
- Design A/B testing frameworks for outreach and acquisition campaigns
- Build dashboards tracking funnel performance and acquisition efficiency
- Monitor key metrics across sourcing channels and automation performance
- Identify bottlenecks in conversion and propose system-level fixes
Process Engineering & Enablement
- Document scalable acquisition workflows and playbooks
- Train Ecosystem Operations Specialists on tools and systems
- Continuously reduce manual workload across the team through automation
- Ensure cross-program consistency in acquisition systems
Ideal Profile
- 3–4 years in Growth Ops, RevOps, Marketing Ops, CRM (Zoho), or Lifecycle Marketing
- Strong experience designing scalable systems in HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n (or similar)
- Experience using sourcing and enrichment tools like Clay, Apollo, or equivalent data tools
- Strong understanding of AI tools and LLM-based workflows for automation or data enrichment
- Comfortable working with data scraping, APIs, and workflow automation logic
- Strong analytical mindset with systems thinking approach
- Ability to translate business acquisition needs into scalable technical architectures
- Hands-on builder mentality (not just strategy or coordination)
