Who we're looking for
Marketers. People who write, design, build, and run campaigns, and who can explain why they made the choices they made.
Operators. People who keep the machinery running: CRM, automation, outreach data, reporting.
Specialists. People for roles without a standard job title. Chiefs of staff. People who write down how a business runs so it doesn't live in one person's head. People who check whether a company's AI tools are doing their job.
You'll use AI tools every day. We hire for what you decide about what they produce.
What you get
