Lumikha hires bright, positive, open-minded, results-oriented people who are willing to learn and apply effective ideas.
In general, previous work experience is not necessary, that's because Lumikha trains the majority of new hires using a combination of on-the-job training, online learning, and coaching to make every Lumikhan knowledgeable about their job.
All applicants have an initial interview or phone screening. When you pass the phone interview, your prospective manager will interview you on a video call. Once you successfully pass that interview, you'll have a short meeting with the company director or the Operations director.
Depending on scheduling constraints the process usually takes about a week from the first interview until you receive a job offer from Lumikha.
