About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts across various online channels. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Lead cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that get results
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring we meet deadlines and budgets while maintaining high-quality
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies covering SEO, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and use those insights to improve our marketing efforts continually
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver results that exceed their expectations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Your typical day might involve strategy sessions with the team, calls with clients, diving into analytics, and overseeing various aspects of our marketing projects. This dynamic role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Proficiency in project management tools (we use ClickUp)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate teams
