We're Hiring Voice Agents

Lumikha needs a Voice Agent (or two) to join our team.

Do you have good communication skills and a passion for helping people solve their problems? Then call us your new home.

Lumikha is a boutique BPO focused on marketing and remote teams for back-office and customer support.

You will handle customer inquiries to help customers resolve their issues via phone, chat, or email. Our voice agents also conduct marketing surveys.

Job Highlights

• This is a full-time, hybrid work position
• Our work week is 4 days/week, 32 hours
• People with different experiences and outlooks are welcome
• We congregate in Dumaguete occasionally
