Zoho People Implementation Specialist

The work

Lumikha runs dedicated teams in the Philippines for clients in Australia, the U.S., Singapore, and the Philippines. We give everyone we place a Zoho People account, and we have about 20 staff today. We want someone to deploy it properly, once, and hand it over.

The scope as we see it (tell us if you'd do it differently):

• Org structure: departments, designations, and reporting lines, with each client team as its own unit
• Employee records, plus custom fields for client assignment, seat type, and SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN numbers
• Onboarding flows from signed offer to day one: document collection, equipment issue, account setup
• Leave Tracker set up for Philippine statutory leave and our own leave policy
• Attendance and shifts across client time zones. Some staff work 9am–6pm Manila. Others work U.S. Eastern hours, overnight.
• Roles and permissions, so staff see their own records and managers see their teams
• Single sign-on with Google Workspace
• Self-service on the Zoho People mobile app
• A short admin guide and a handover session

Who you'll work with

Lumikha owns the system after go-live. Our IT Manager runs Google Workspace and accounts. Harry, our founder, signs off on scope and the final setup.

You configure. We bring the policies, the data, and the decisions. (If a policy isn't written down yet, say so and we'll write it.)

How you'll be measured

• Staff records in Zoho People match our source data at go-live
• Staff file leave and log attendance in Zoho People, with no side spreadsheets
• We can add a hire, change a leave policy, and pull a report on their own

What success looks like

• A new hire's first week runs from a Zoho People onboarding checklist.
• Leave balances follow Philippine rules without anyone doing the math by hand.
• Every client team shows up as its own unit, with attendance on that client's hours.
• The admin guide is short enough that people read it.

What you bring

Must have

• At least two Zoho People deployments you configured yourself
• Hands-on setup of Leave Tracker, Attendance, Shifts, and Onboarding
• Working knowledge of Philippine statutory leave and employee records
• Clear written English for documentation and handover

Nice to have

• Custom forms and workflows in Zoho People or Zoho Creator
• Shift setups for teams in several time zones, such as BPO or offshore staffing
