The Work
Our client, a US hospitality company, sells resort stays at resorts in Mexico. Most of those bookings start with a Facebook or Instagram ad, and you'll run that paid Meta program day to day.
A normal week: you build and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, write and test ad copy, and brief creative for stills, Reels, and carousels. You read the numbers every morning. Budget moves toward the ad sets that send people to the booking page.
You also keep the Meta Pixel and Conversions API events firing correctly (a booking click Meta can't see is a booking click it can't optimize for).
Every week, you send the client a short report. What you spent. What it brought back. What you're testing next.
Who you'll work with
A US hospitality company marketing resorts in Mexico. You'll report to their CMO. We back you up on strategy, creative, and reporting.
How you'll be measured
- Link click-through rate on prospecting and retargeting ads
- Cost per click to the booking page
- Booking-page conversions from paid Meta
- Cost per conversion
What success looks like
- The client opens your weekly report and knows what each dollar of Meta spend returned.
- Every campaign runs against a test plan, so the account sharpens month over month on its own schedule.
- Conversion tracking is clean, and the client trusts the numbers in Ads Manager.
What you bring
Must have
- Experience running paid Meta campaigns yourself in Meta Ads Manager, optimized for conversions
- Working knowledge of Meta Pixel and Conversions API events
- Written English competency
- Available for US business hours
